The Website is proprietary, confidential and the sole property of Pride of Hawaii or third parties licensing any portions of the Website to Pride of Hawaii. Any distribution of these contents to competitors for both vendors and manufacturer's representatives is illegal and can result in a termination and use of the Pride of Hawaii website as well as any legal action for both Pride of Hawaii and third party vendors.
